A Family Tradition since 1870
The History of Pork Roll
Since the founding of Case’s Pork Roll in 1870, our products have been an integral part of New Jersey’s unique character. George Washington Case first packaged his pork rolls in corn husks and sold them from his farm in Belle Mead. Case’s Pork Roll was traditionally sold on the New Jersey boardwalk and has since branched out to retailers all over the area.
No boardwalk on the Jersey shore is complete without a place to get a fresh cooked pork roll sandwich. If you ask anyone from the Garden State what pork roll is, they’ll close their eyes to relive the last one they had before insisting you have one to experience the Jersey treat first-hand.
We’re looking forward to continuing to share our family’s legacy—one delicious sandwich at a time!
